Hünnebeck at bauma 2025 in Hall B3 Booth 248: More safety, more productivity

At bauma in Munich, Hünnebeck by BrandSafway will be presenting additions to its TOPEC modular slab formwork system which make handling even more ergonomic and efficient. At the booth in Hall B3/248, the emphasis is on « More safety, more productivity. »

TOP’UP Lift for effortless formwork erection and dismantling

Especially with higher slabs, the newly developed lifting device « TOP’UP » supports the ergonomic handling of the TOPEC panels, which are up to 1.80 m x 1.80 m in size. The lift, which is powered by a conventional 18-volt battery, pneumatically lifts and aligns the panels during erection and dismantling – simply at the touch of a button. In particular, heights of up to 3.85 m can be achieved with little effort and at a continuous pace. In the XXL version, heights of up to 4.35 m are possible. Particularly user-friendly: The formwork panels are brought into the correct position via the tilt and roll system of the TOP’UP lift and then automatically locked. This enables the formwork panels to be safely raised and lowered as well as the props to be dismantled during stripping. Depending on the slab height, the TOP’UP moves up to 80 m² of formwork on a single battery charge; and if it is not needed for this purpose, the lift is also suitable as a transport or storage rack.

The 1.80 x 1.20 m panel: Large formwork surface, low weight

With the launch of a new 1.80 m x 1.20 m panel, the system will be further optimized. The new panel covers a large area of 2.16 m² and can be used for slabs of up to 90 cm thickness. It complements the existing TOPEC range, which now offers ten different panels in two lengths (90 cm and 180 cm) and six widths. This variety reduces the proportion of expensive infill areas. Additional corner panels simplify the forming of complex floor plans, while adjustment panels offer high adaptability. All TOPEC panels have a 14 cm high powder-coated aluminium frame and are equipped with the low-wear and easy-care ECOPLY plastic formwork lining. The result is an even concrete pattern with narrow joints.

New additional components for even more speed and safety

Other TOPEC innovations from Hünnebeck at this year’s bauma:

• TOP START: A new component that serves as a starting base and allows precise fixation of the first supports without measuring. Thus, a tripod stand can be omitted here.
• Column wall connection: A universally applicable connection for the secure fixation of a single column. Here, too, the tripod stand is no longer necessary.
• TOPEC panel connection beam: An innovative beam that allows easy installation from the ground and secures the modular formwork to the wall.
• Mobile racks: They ensure the safe horizontal transport of sheets and supports, including the Euro Trolley, the Euro Stacking Rack 120/80 and the TOPEC Sheet Trolley.
• PROTECTO fall protection: A special bearing plus adapter allows the fall protection to be easily connected. In this way, a safe and high-quality edge protection made of mesh panels or timber can be installed in just a few steps.
• TOPEC Column Frame: It can be used to connect and stabilize columns with each other.
• Wall bracket: A wall bracket for a load of 1.5 tonnes facilitates formwork handling in areas that serve as an escape route or where columns are not allowed for other reasons.
