Ratingen/Haiterbach, August 2025 – Hünnebeck by BrandSafway and alkus AG are deepening their collaboration. The two partners have signed an agreement covering the supply of alkus formwork panels for several formwork systems from Hünnebeck by BrandSafway and Aluma Systems by BrandSafway. This marks an expansion of the companies’ long-standing business relationship.
Since 2013, Hünnebeck’s PLATINUM 100 wall formwork system has been equipped as standard with the alkus solid plastic panel. In 2021, the MANTO G3 wall formwork system was added. Under the new agreement, the RONDA circular formwork system, the PAX column formwork system, and additional systems will also be included in the supply scope.
“We decided—after extensive testing—to use the alkus solid plastic panel in our international rental fleets for the MANTO G3, PLATINUM 100, RONDA, PAX, and other systems,” explains Carsten Stratmann, Regional Vice President Forming & Shoring Europe at BrandSafway. “The long service life of the alkus plastic panels compared to traditional plywood panels is a key factor. In addition, the consistently high-quality concrete surfaces achievable with the alkus solid plastic panel are another major benefit. Both factors directly benefit our Hünnebeck and Aluma Systems customers in Europe, the Middle East, India, Latin America, and North America.”
