Hünnebeck at bauma 2025 in Hall B3 Booth 248: More safety, more productivity
At bauma 2025, Hünnebeck by BrandSafway, together with Brand Access Solutions by BrandSafway, will showcase its offerings as a full-service provider for formwork, support, height access technology and services. With an expanded range of products and services, numerous innovations will be on display at the booth in Hall B3/248 that make construction processes safer, more efficient and faster – emphasizing « More safety, more productivity. »
Among the company’s innovations, the new self-climbing systems SCF 60 and SAFESCREEN will be presented, as well as program additions to the TOPEC modular slab formwork, including the new TOP’UP lifting device for more speed and ergonomics and the TOPEC panel 180 cm x 120 cm, which is as light as it is powerful. In addition, height access solutions for a wide variety of applications will be presented. The innovative ST´AIR stair tower, working platforms and motorized work lifts will be on display.
SCF 60 – Innovation in high-rise construction
The growing role of high-rise construction is underlined by the central presentation of the SCF 60 self-climbing formwork and the SAFESCREEN perimeter windscreen. The highly flexible, rail-guided SCF 60 climbing bracket enables hydraulic self-climbing technology alternatively to crane use and combines safety with cost-effectiveness. The standard platform design offers stage lengths of up to 7.50 m and a width of 2.50 m (expandable in the system). In the standard version, the SCF 60 also offers 2.50 m high side protection and a formwork height of 6.00 m for beam and panel formwork.
Solutions for new infrastructure construction and refurbishment
For the new construction and renovation of infrastructure – tunnels, bridges, dams, airports, power plants – Hünnebeck and Brand Access Solutions offer combined solutions. The portfolio includes formwork and shoring systems, scaffolding, mast climbing platforms, passenger and freight elevators, which are available in numerous countries in Europe and globally. In addition, there are comprehensive services such as engineering and project management, pre-assembly and scaffolding services for complex new construction and maintenance projects. In the INFRA WORLD, the solutions will be impressively demonstrated on the basis of numerous project references. Most of the formwork solutions are based on the highly versatile INFRA-KIT system.
The QuikDeck® Suspended Access, which is successfully used in many countries, is particularly suitable for the refurbishment of bridges, train stations, airports and other structures. The suspended QuikDeck platforms form a continuous and closed working level free of tripping hazards. In the standard version, QuikDeck offers a load capacity of up to 300 kg/m2 (load class 4), which even allows the use of transport equipment and mobile scaffolding. Due to its modular design, QuikDeck can be adapted to almost any geometry, eliminating the need for a traditional scaffold solution in many cases. QuikDeck can be installed very quickly, which will also be demonstrated live at bauma. The advantages are obvious: shorter refurbishment times, lower costs and no restrictions in the traffic areas below the platform, while at the same time maintaining a high level of safety.
ST’AIR – The stair tower that sets new standards
Another innovation in the field of height access is ST’AIR – the up to 24 m high stair tower provides safe access in accordance with EN 12811-1. With an installation area of only 1.5 m x 1.5 m, the new stair tower fits even in very confined spaces (e.g. in shafts) and can either be moved by crane or moved as a 4 m tower without a crane. Its installation is intuitive and safe thanks to the advancing guard rail and the closed working levels. A particular strength of the ST’AIR is its high flexibility of use: exits are possible on all four sides in increments of 50 cm.
TOPEC and TOP’UP – slab formwork taken further
In addition, Hünnebeck will be offering various program additions for the beamless modular slab formwork TOPEC. One of the highlights is the new « TOP’UP » lifting device. TOP’UP was specially developed to lift and align the TOPEC panels, which are up to 1.80 m x 1.80 m in size, during formwork and dismantling. Heights of up to 3.85 m can thus be achieved in a highly ergonomic manner and at a continuous pace. The XXL version allows slab heights of up to 4.35 m. Another portfolio addition is the new TOPEC panel 180 x 120 cm. It complements the range with a formwork area of 2.16 m² and a weight of less than 34 kg and can be used for slab thicknesses of up to 90 cm.
Up and coming: The new wall formwork PLATINUM 80
In the wall sector, Hünnebeck will be presenting the prototype of the PLATINUM 80 wall formwork. PLATINUM 80 combines the advantages of the well-renown large panel systems MANTO and PLATINUM 100 and is compatible with both systems. Since 100 kN concrete pressure absorption is not necessarily required for many standard applications, PLATINUM 80 has been optimized for a concrete pressure capacity of up to 80 kN/m². The system offers the stability of a heavy panel formwork, allows single-sided tie operation and is highly flexible with the new panel heights of 3.00 m / 3.60 m, which complement the existing panel range of 1.20 m / 2.40 m / 2.70 m / 3.30 m / 4.80 m.
Globally connected – from Munich to international locations
The presentation of the new systems is also innovative: the AR applications INFRA WORLD and ACCESS WORLD make the solutions on display interactive. With hybrid events, Hünnebeck and Brand Access Solutions are attracting interested parties from all over the world to the trade fair stand. Live broadcasts to customer locations and to the company’s own international locations are aimed to include addressees who are not on site in Munich during the trade fair. They can also experience the holistic offer, which enables users to achieve greater safety and productivity throughout the entire construction process.
